Automatic control

Our automatic encapsulation machine could control encapsulation process automatically. We can realize medicine supplying automatic, gelatin supplying automatic, gelatin ribbon adjustment automatic, die alignement automatic, injection time adjustment automatic and capsules count automatic.

1. Automatic medicine hopper: encapsulation need to supply the medicine unremittingly. So that an automatic medicine hopper is important which can supply the medicine solution automatically. It also install with mixer, level sensor and heating rod also.

2. Automatic gelatin spreader: Design with level sensor, the spreader box could control gelatin supplying by pneumatic valve. The spreader box made into brass material and process with CNC station, which will promise it has good performance.

3. Automatic gelatin ribbon thickness system: this system could adjust gelatin ribbon thickness automatically into ±0.1mm. It only take ten minutes to complete ribbon adjustment. It will very helpful to save time, gelatin and cost.

4. Die alignment automatic: the die roll alignment is always one important operation for encapsulation. It will decide the capsules seaming quality. Using our machine, it can be completed by machine itself. Operator only need to touch screen and wait one minutes.

5. Injection time: Same like the alignment operation. Operator only need to check the touching screen. It will be more accurate and precious.

6. Capsules count automatic: The capsules only be counted when the conveyor run at right direction. You will know how much capsule made so far.
