Technical Feature of softgel machine
Medicine Hopper: The hopper is made into twp layer structure. The
temperature can be controlled and adjusted based on your specific
requirement. It also installed with mixer, which can make medicine
solution even. With level sensor, the medicine solution can be
supplied automatically.
Medicine Pump:the material for the medicine pump is specific,which
is wear-resistance. Normally it could work well more than 10 years.
The plunger is made by high precision CNC station. It is the heart
of the softgel machine. The injection precision can be reach at
1.5% for our machine.
Encapsulation Parts: The wedge is heated by hot water, which can be
make temperature much even. The main spindle for die roll is
imported from Switzerland, which has high precious when machine
running.
Gelatin ribbon making parts: The gelatin solution from service tank
will be spread from gelatin box on the drum. It will be cooled by
drum and lead to encapsulation parts. The cooling system for the
drum is by chiller, which can control the temperature at ±0.5℃.
AGT system: Automatic gelatin thickness adjustment system is
designed based on our many years experience. The thickness of
ribbon can be adjusted at ±1mm. It is really very helpful to save
cost and time for adjusting thickness.

2. Training: After installation, engineer will show you how to make
softgel capsules. It will include gelatin melting process, softgel

3. Spare parts；we can supply spare parts and send together with
machine, which can used for more than one year. After that, we can
supply the spare parts and send it by DHL.
4. Warranty: It is one year after machine installed. We can promise
it work well. If something about quality happened, we can send
engineer to repair it or replace it, which will be free.
